How long does iPhone screen repair take?

Most screen replacements take 30–60 minutes while you wait.

Do you use genuine Apple parts?

We use premium OEM-quality parts backed by our 30-day warranty.

Will I lose my data during the repair?

No. Screen, battery, and most repairs don't touch your data. We still recommend a backup beforehand.

How much does iPhone repair cost?

Screen repair starts at $79 and battery replacement at $49. Exact pricing depends on your model — see our Pricing page.

Do you offer a warranty on repairs?

Yes — every repair includes a 30-day warranty on parts and labor.

Can I walk in without an appointment?

Absolutely. Walk-ins are welcome anytime during business hours. You can also submit a repair request online.

What iPhone models do you repair?

We repair all iPhone models from iPhone 6 through the latest iPhone 16 series. If you have an older model, call us to confirm part availability.

Is my data safe during the repair?

Yes. We never access your personal data. Screen, battery, and port repairs do not require accessing your phone storage. We still recommend backing up to iCloud before any repair.

Do I need to make an appointment?

No appointment necessary. Walk in anytime during business hours at 709 Moody St, Waltham. You can also submit a repair request online and we will have parts ready when you arrive.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash. Payment is collected after the repair is complete and you have inspected it.

What if my repair fails again within the warranty period?

Bring it back. If the same issue recurs within 30 days due to a parts or workmanship defect, we fix it at no charge. Physical damage after the repair is not covered.
